AI-proctored candidate assessments
ITAP runs your first-round interviews end to end. Lia, your AI recruiter, asks the questions, scores each answer as it comes in, and logs anything that looks off — a tab switch, a lost camera feed, a copied line — so your team only reviews candidates worth reviewing.
How it works
A candidate's journey through ITAP is the same every time — that consistency is the point.
Add a candidate and ITAP generates a one-time assessment code and link. No account setup on their end.
Your AI recruiter asks each question, scores typed and spoken answers as they arrive, and logs anything unusual in the background.
A trust score, a per-question breakdown, and a clear recommendation land in your dashboard the moment the session ends.
What's actually being watched
Not every flag means the same thing. A copied line and a disabled camera don't cost a candidate the same number of points.
Trust score
Nothing is deducted until something happens. A clean session keeps its 100. A flagged one shows exactly why it isn't — logged, timestamped, and visible in the same report as the candidate's answers.
Built for teams, not one login
Your recruiters, department heads, and administrators don't all need the same keys. ITAP doesn't give them the same keys.
Administrator, HR Manager, or a role you define yourself for a specific department — each sees only what they're given access to, down to individual actions like create, edit, or delete.
Permissions aren't cosmetic. A role without access to a resource can't reach it by guessing a URL either — the same check runs whether it's a click or a direct request.
Who edited what, when, and from where — recorded automatically and visible in a dedicated audit trail that no one, not even an Administrator, can edit or delete.
That's why every ITAP report pairs the trust score with the actual log behind it — so a hiring decision never rests on a single number nobody can explain.
